We are expanding our internal Payroll team and looking for a Payroll Specialist to deliver accurate, on-time payroll for our growing employee base. This is an internal (core) role supporting our own people, working closely with HR, Finance, and Compensation & Benefits teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end semi-monthly payroll including earnings, deductions, and adjustments
- Compute and remit statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and withholding taxes accurately and on time
- Validate timekeeping data and coordinate corrections with team leads and HR
- Prepare payroll registers, bank files, payslips, and government reports
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support year-end activities including alphalist preparation and BIR 2316 issuance
- Maintain payroll records and support internal and external audits
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on Philippine payroll processing experience, including statutory contributions and withholding tax computation
- Experience in a high-volume, multi-client environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Human Resources, or a related field
